The League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania is pleased to present Ballot Box Basics: Information Every Voter Needs, a free webinar series open to the public. Join LWVPA and the League of Women Voters of Greater Pittsburgh for our April event, which discusses AI and Misinformation. Learn what role AI is playing in our media environment, and how to detect and counteract AI-generated disinformation. LWVPGH members Eileen Olmsted and Ruth Quint will present.

Come meet your candidates while enjoying food and fellowship with other voters at one of three Candidate Meet & Greet events sponsored by the Voting Is Power (VIP) Coalition. All candidates on the 2024 primary ballot in Allegheny County have been invited to attend and speak briefly. Meet the candidates who want your vote!
The Voting Is Power Pittsburgh Regional Coalition is made up of 30 local nonpartisan organizations dedicated to educating and mobilizing area voters to use their voting power. LWVPGH is a member of the VIP Coalition.

Join in a discussion with a non-partisan panel of local community leaders to discuss the power of voter engagement. This event will be hosted by Rev. Dr. Judith C. Moore, CEO of Sisters Saving Ourselves Now, and the Pittsburgh - Western PA Black Women‘s Roundtable, and moderated by Rick Adams and Jackie Hill.
In April, the book club will be focusing on the topic of Artificial Intelligence Choose your own reading and join the discussion. New members are welcome.
