Every year, voters cast ballots to choose elected officials for local, state and national office, but when Judges are on the ballot, many leave the ballot blank. Caroline Mitchell and Heather Heidelbaugh will speak about how the Allegheny County Bar Association gathers information and evaluates candidates in these important races. This meeting will be online and open to the public.
