Member Website Help
Logging in as a member allows you to see additional information throughout the website. For example, you will see more events listed on the calendar, and information about volunteer opportunities. You can also use the website to renew your membership, view the member directory, and update your user profile when logged in as a member.

1. How to Log in to the Website

Note:  Due to a change in our membership software in July 2025,  all members must reset  their username and password to log in to the website.  Directions for this one-time reset are below.


1.  Start by clicking the Member Login button in the upper right hand corner of any page on our website. 


This will bring you to the login form, where you will be asked for your username and password.

2.  Leave both the "User Name" and "Password" fields blank.   Do not try to log in using your old username. 


Use the "Forgot Username/Password" button to reset your login information.  

Enter the email address associated with your LWV member record to request an access code.  


The new information will be sent IF your current email address matches the email on file for your membership.  


3. You will receive an email with a new temporary user name and password.  

After logging in with your temporary information, you can change both the user name and password to something you can remember.

Recommended:  Allow your web browser or password "keychain" app to remember your password so you don't have to.   

But, what if...

  •  you cannot reset your password because we do not have your current email address on file, OR
  • you are having another problem logging in.


Use this form to contact us.  Someone will get back to you within a few days.
 
Member Website Help

If your membership has expired...
you should be able to log in, but will be asked to renew your membership before seeing any "members only" content.


If you believe your membership record is incorrect, please contact our membership director at membership@lwvpgh.org .
