Juneteenth Parade

About this event

Join LWVPGH and our community partners on Saturday, June 20th to march in the 2026 Grand Jubilee Juneteenth Parade. This year, the parade is a reenactment of two historical Pittsburgh parades - The 1870 Jubilee of Freemen parade and the 1914 Women's Suffrage march. The 1914 march was the only fully integrated suffrage parade in the country! We need as many marchers as possible to help us carry our banner and many posters celebrating this history.

The parade begins at Freedom Corner, 91 Crawford St. (at Centre Ave.) Pittsburgh, 15219 and marches to the Point. We will not know our position in the line-up until the day of the parade. Please provide a mobile phone number when you sign up so we can send last minute location information.
