LWVPA Lobby & Advocacy Training Sessions - PA Legislative Process & Calendar
About this event
These LWVPA Lobby and Training Sessions are open to all members and are designed to help League members learn more about lobbying and advocacy at the state level. You are welcome to participate whether or not you plan to attend the LWVPA Lobby Day in the Spring.
The session topics are as follows:
* Jan. 18: PA legislative process and calendar
* Feb. 15: Researching legislation and legislators
* Mar. 15: Working with state agencies
* Apr. 19: Preparing for lobbying and Lobby Day
These sessions will be in-person and via Zoom, simultaneously, and led by State Board Member, Jess Myers, and state staff.
