Please join our speaker, Rick Brown, for a discussion of the current state of gun safety, education, and control in Pennsylvania. Rick brings a wealth of experience in policing policies and processes after 29 years of service with the Pennsylvania State Police. He continues his advocacy and oversight as a part of the federal Monitoring Teams for the Oakland Police Department, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (current), Detroit Police Department, and others.
