About this event
How do School Boards and Public Libraries Decide What Books and Materials are Provided? How Can Citizens Respond When Books are Challenged? Learn more about the role of school and public library boards and staff in choosing books and other materials; the policies and guidelines that librarians rely on to make those decisions; how schools and public libraries respond to challenges to books and other materials; and how school boards and public libraries can best serve the interests of all students and citizens who rely on their respective libraries.
