Speech, Press and Religion: Current First Amendment Challenges

Join the PCWP (Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics) for our annual
commemoration of Constitution Day. Constitution Day also known as Citizenship Day is
celebrated every September 17th in honor of the signing of the US Constitution on September 17th, 1787.
On Tuesday September 19th, we will observe the day with a presentation from Jon Pushinshky, an ACLU cooperating attorney.
To honor Constitution Day 2023, the PCWP invites you to join us for Speech, Press, and Religion: Current First Amendment Challenges.
Jon Pushinsky, Chairperson of the Greater Pittsburgh ACLU Legal Committee, will speak about the challenges inherent in the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment and how it applies to college campuses.
